Q. If I approve of making the contact as a Host do I contact them or do they contact me?
A. The host is given the guest's contact information and is asked to call the guest ASAP - as the guest is likely trying to complete travel arrangements. Q. Why do I have to give so much personal information?
A. You don't. There is no requirement that you give any information regarding race, religion, sexual preference etc., in fact it would be illegal to demand it. However, we repeat, it is voluntary.

Q. Is all my personal information safe if I submit it to GRN?
A. Yes. It is virtually impossible for anyone to link the information to you other than the people that you approve. You will get a look at their information before you allow them to have yours by informing GRN to pass your contact info to them.

A. No. Generally, If you want to earn say, 7 credits, so you can stay out 7 nights, you will want to accept guests 7 times. You are expected to accept guests if you are in a debit position (negative credits) to keep your account even.

Q. Do I need to pay GRN every time I stay at the same hosts house, or they stay at my house?
A. Yes, unless the host is not interested in receiving credits for the stay. In most cases the hosts want the credit as it is worth about $100.00 (cost of a night in a hotel) and they can only get the credit if GRN receives the payment of the service charge.
