HOW DOES IT WORK?

Guestroom Network makes members signup information available in public form • Members' identities are not disclosed to each other until they both agree. After joining Guestroom Network, the new member may request the privileges of being a guest or begin to build credits as a host Guestroom Network enables members to locate each other while preserving and protecting their privacy. • Members are searchable by numerous criteria (i.e. age, lifestyles, vocations, hobbies, interests, quality and level of accommodation), allowing them to carefully select their hosts and guests. Non-members can also search the membership, but are not given any member's contact information until they are signed up as a member Guestroom Network rates members' accommodations. • Accommodations receive a rating out of 100 upon sign up, and are constantly refined by rating forms submitted by each guest after a stay. The better your rating, the better accommodation options you have as a guest. For example, if your property is rated "70" by Guestroom Network, you may request stays at properties rated up to and including "90" (20 points higher than yours). This feature protects those members with very desirable accomodations, and encourages members to improve their rating through positive feedback from guests. Guestroom Network receives a service charge only for successful stays made between members. • If the host and guest decide to do the stay the Guest submits a payment to Guestroom Network of US$4.00 for the service charge prior to the stay. The host ensures that the Guest has paid the service charge so he/she can claim the credit from Guestroom Network.
