Terms of Membership

The greatest value of Guestroom Network flows from the high integrity and good intentions of the membership, without which much of the value of the Network would be lost.

At Guestroom Network, the motto "Give As You Would Receive" has a very special meaning. Strict terms of membership without repressing the rights of the members are enforced.

By signing up and entering my data information I agree that I am accepting the terms of membership of Guestroom Network. I agree to respect the code of behavior that is understood as being the highest standard of human behavior toward other members. Therefore, I further agree as follows;

- I agree to respect the rights and integrity of other members- whether as host in my house, or a guest at somebody else's house.

- I will treat others and their property in the same considerate manner as I would like to be treated.

- I will, to the best of my ability hold to any commitment that I have made to others, punctually and courteously and cause them no undue inconvenience.

- I will represent my property as accurately and objectively as I can.

- I will submit fair and objective rating forms for all accommodations, hosts and guests, promptly after a stay in order to assist others in their choices.

- I agree not to deceive, endanger, disappoint, mistreat, defraud or cheat any other member, whether as Host or Guest.

- I understand that in the event that any of my actions were fraudulent or ill willed, I may be immediately and permanently disqualified from membership in Guestroom Network.

Guestroom Network is not responsible for actions of members. All members, by entering their personal contact and property information acknowledge that they are aware that all information displayed in the data base is entered as given by the members. Guestroom Network has made no representation whatever as to the quality, veracity or reliability of the information. All transactions by members have been strictly out of their own judgement and research.

Guestroom Network accepts no liability for the actions of members as they interact with each other. GRN has acted only as a conduit to pass information along between members and facilitate them contacting each other. Each member, upon their sign-up agrees that as a member of Guestroom Network they do not or will not hold Guestroom Network responsible for any action that they have taken or any transaction that they have made with any other member. All transactions between members are made of each member's own volition and under their own responsibility.
